I had Bath Planet out in April and met with Mark. We designed my new shower that day and placed the order. I received email updates along the way and was scheduled for install June 29. Tim was the man doing the work and he was great. He made sure everything was placed where I wanted it and laid out sheets so that there was no mess to clean up after. Mark is out now doing his final walk thru and taking picture of my beautiful new “concrete” shower! 10/10

We love our new shower 100%. Service, Sales, Install plumber always showed up on time & always answered our calls, we could literally set our watches to what times they stated they would show up.
