Pedro arrived to the inspection well in advance however, my adjuster didn't show up. However,he explained the process thoroughly of what I should be expecting next.
Pedro Ortiz was here during the whole process today. He was on time and very helpful with answering all of my questions about the whole process. This has been a difficult experience but Pedro was super helpful and patient.
