Spoke to Martha on 8/3/20 and was very professional and gave me a up to date status on my dad's claim she also stated that things were moving slower than usual due to the pandemic which is understandable but she also provided me her contact information so that I would not be bounced around when I would call the office in the future which is another PLUS from Martha
