I just wanted to personally thank the Total Care staff for the amazing services they provided to me!! I came in the day before my wedding with a horrible allergic reaction to my face, and they all helped me feel so calm and reassured me that they would help take care of me before my wedding! I can’t say enough good things about the doctors, nurses, and staff at our BC Total Care. They are always there when you need them and they really do care. I have 2 kids that have been sick over the last couple of weeks and both have been seen by the staff at Total Care when I was unable to get them to their PCM. Then today when I had to go because of ear pain, not only did they diagnose and treat my ear infection, but they also asked how my kids are doing. I really appreciated that. I’ve been having issues staying hydrated since my weight loss surgery so I stopped in for the IV hydration. I definitely 10/10 recommend this place! Everything was so easy & everyone was so friendly! The little room they put you in is so nice & relaxing!

Emily and the staff at Total Care BC have always gone above and beyond when helping our family. They actively listen to you and actually take what you’re saying into account. They don’t rush you out - you aren’t just a number or patient file to them. We have a PCP that is amazing but hard to get in to see when more than a check up is required (not emergency, but needing help sooner than two weeks) and we have always chosen Total Care over waiting for them or going to anyone else. 10/10 in our eyes.
I highly recommend this place. went for a rapid covid test this morning for surgery clearance and they were very professional and got me in and out.
