Painful visit My daughter visited as she has for many years... this time her experience was not the rave one that we have always experienced in the past. The new hygienist left multiple blood blisters under her tongue and cut the inside of her cheek. Her cleaning was very rough and uncomfortable despite the report of no cavities or issues. I was so sad and surprised to hear this as I have always found your practice to be amazing. She said the hygienist was very nice, but really hurt her. Your Oviedo Dentist has a nice service.
The employees were very friendly but I only came in to have a denture repaired and I had to go through all the paper work as a patient. I had to have my mouth examined by the doctor. All of this was totally unnecessary and time consuming. I was very clear when I called as to what I needed. I have had dentures for many years and have had them break but I never had to go through what I had to go through at your office. I found another dentist that I waited while it was repaired. BETTER AN I EXPECTED.
Having a root canal is often used as an expression of something unpleasant. However, if you need one, Dr. Lopez and team are the best. I've had two other root canals by other doctor's so I can say this with confidence. Still hoping this is my last one! Ha Ha.
