RecommendedI used to work here so I wouldn’t go anywhere else then to this vet! I trust all the staff with my heart. ❤️ Always friendly and so caring towards all our pets. Our little 5 week old kitten had an unexpected vet visit yesterday. The staff were all so professional and everyone helped out with my little man. Thanks so much Steve, Ell and Teenea for yesterday’s event. Also need to mention Bel, Tash and Simone for their help whenever I pop in.

Very disappointing service. Took my 9 month old puppy to them on Saturday just before closing as he was ill. The vet nurse kept repeating they are closing and cant do anything, wouldn't even let us see the vet. I realise they were closing but we weren't there for a nail trim, vaccination etc we had a sick little puppy. Extremely disappointing, considering its our local vet and he has been vaccinated and de-sexed there. Took to another vet close by little pup needed medication. Hate to think what may have happened. As you saw, our consults were already running behind due to another emergency and we had a patient in hospital that had already been given sedation drugs for an emergency procedure. As Teddy didn't require first aid or urgent care it was appropriate for you to try another vet. We are sorry to let you down this time.
