I am a first time home buyer and I worked with Yvonne Reza García in April 2018. In the beginning, the process was great and everything was going right. Until June 4th (“Day of Closing”) the appraisal came in lowering the value of the house. Yvonne contacted me and explain to me what the appraisal has caused to delayed the process.
