Zach is very attentive & proactive. He worked on my loan with efficiency. He explained everything and answered questions thoroughly. He is always available at all times. You can count on him on any questions & he provides updates without being asked. Working with him was so easy & can rest and not worry about a thing. Zach did an excellent job explaining all of the loan application steps to us. As first time home buyers it was a headache to try and figure out what to do and where to look for loans.
