Zachary kept communication open through every step. He was very helpful explaining what documents we needed and explained why we needed them. This was our first time buying a house, and Zachary made it so much easier than we ever thought! Unfortunately, I don’t see us needed his guidance again any time soon (which is a good thing!!) but I would absolutely use him again in the future and recommend him to any friends/family who are in the market of purchasing a home!!
