Zach Starnes was great to work with! He got me approved for the highest loan amount compared to other lenders I’ve talked to. Throughout the process I was able to send properties (even ones higher than my pre-approval) and he was able to tell me if and or what is needed to make it possible. Zach and supporting team did a great job. I did not like being notified that increased fees and increased percentage rates were happening as I was driving to the closing.
