The process was slow in comparison of other properties I have purchased. During the process a follow-up call of at least once a week would have been reassuring. Getting a better hub to get appraiser in a timely manner would be great. Or ordering the appraisal within the first week since it takes them forever to get an appraiser. The people were all knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with that definitely should not change.
