Cooper and company made the buying process easy. Also they were always available when we had questions or concerns. I’d recommend highly.
The knowledge of Staff as well as their professionalism. They helped make a complicated process as smooth and as speedy possible. This is the third time we have chosen Zackry Cooper for a loan, and we will continue to do so for any future loans.
While we loved the Cooper team and would have no problems working with them again, we did not like the vendors. The notary was ok, although not very personable. The appraisal company was by far the worst we have worked with. And having owned three homes that we have all remodeled, we have worked with a number!

The welcome to team Cooper every single times I arrived felt like a family reunion, and trust worthy with all documents, compromises, business transactions, communications of the whole process, etc. Even after everything is done, the continues communications, emails information statues of your surrounding neighbor hoods, etc.... Park-side Lender/Team Cooper,.. makes every efforts to achieve the whole transaction getting a Loan or Refinance as easy as possible with minimum stress, or head-ache.
Zack is a great guy and easy to work with. He's honest and makes you feel comfortable making large decisions. Excellent service followed up with a friendly attitude, would definitely continue working with Zack.
