Zia is a beautiful community with great amenities & the best part about the property is the view from the rooftop area! Valerie was an amazing tour guide very knowledgeable & friendly. I toured with my friend who ended up signing a lease there. I will be looking forward to visiting her. Thanks to everyone there for being awesome & making the the experience seamless!

I moved in a little over a month ago and so far I have really enjoyed it here! Val was do great helping through the whole process during my move and all of the staff help me with all of my question! Anytime I have put in a work order they have come the next day and it is always super clean!

Been calling Zia my home for 6 months and I have no complaints, seriously. Staff is friendly (shoutout to Val for being awesome), building is clean, quiet, and safe, and the amenities have everything I need. Do yourself a favor, check it out, get a tour - you'll be thankful you did.

Recently did a tour and they were great! It was during their pot luck event and they event invited us to join and we got to meet the residents and enjoy some great food
