So far so good! Great move in experience! Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities, friendly residents and dog friendly. I had a leak under my bathroom sink and they took care of it within 24 hours!

DONT MOVE HERE DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! The Front office staff are absolutely terrible. I have had multiple issues with my apartment non resolved. You have to pay an obscene amount for “secure parking” which does nothing because they can’t keep their garage secured. I have had two attempts at someone trying to steal my motorcycle. One of which was caused because they left the community garage open for almost two months. And the office will just sit there stair at you and say tough luck. I am stuck in this lease. They had my vehicle towed I figured paying $125 a month was for parking but apparently they needed me to pay more and then didn’t tell me that I had to pay more so then had my $120,000 vehicle towed was very upset with them And they didn’t care they blamed it on me. I would not recommend this apartment to anybody that is looking for honest people that take. any kind of responsibility for them not doing their job

Be Prepared! Positives: Great location, super clean apartment, very reasonable price with incentives . Negatives: Leasing office is not communicative and lacks execution. We frequently got calls with incorrect information asking for tasks or more money. It took us forever to get paperwork and significant delays in the move in process. When we moved in, our mobile keys were not working, leaving us trapped in the building. There’s three doors we have to key into with a slow mobile app, which is inconvenient to say the least. Not worth the price My interactions with the staff were all really sweet. Maintenance is really responsive. However, the overall effectiveness of the team is low. This isn’t a solution focused property. I moved into a unit that wasn’t weather sealed and it was freezing even with the heat turned on. It felt like being in a storage unit or shipping container during winter. Stay away! This place was great until Kairoi took over. They came in, cleaned house with the fantastic front desk staff that was already here, and hired a bunch of new people with seemingly no transfer of power/knowledge. Just another company trying to squeeze money out of you in whatever way they can manage. All you need to do is check one of the many recent reviews that say this exact same thing. Do not move here * kairoi management constantly gaslighting tenants * elevator down since Halloween weekend and no communication despite Kairoi saying they’ve been communicating “constantly”. Do they think we’re idiots and don’t talk to our neighbors? * sudden, unexplained huge spike in utility bill is apparently not an “error”

Poor Management & Unsafe Was one of the first tenants and do not recommend moving here. Do not be blinded by there *amenities (*some amenities are off limits to half of the building and this is not advertised). Car was broken into twice in the *secure and guarded garage (* gate was consistently broken, half of garage was closed due to "construction", there was no security on duty). For the price you pay you can easily find somewhere better in Denver. Also they will nickle and dime you on cleaning fee's.
