Terrible! Stay away! The only thing this salon cares about is 20% tip! Never seen a spa where customer is reminded about amount of gratuity 3 times: when appointment is made over the phone, before start of appointment in person, and after service is completed. Be prepared that you're told when to come not to miss your time, very strict cancellation policy and to be their 15 minutes before your appointment. My massage with Stephan was wonderful. Also, I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. The staff was gracious and I was still able to have my 60 minute massage.
