Very pleasant and quick fix to problem.
I was having trouble connecting to the internet. Barry at Yadtel, Mocksville, looked at my account and pinned problem down to an old router. He was very helpful in giving me all the options to purchase, lease or buy from another store. He gave all info. I needed to make a good decision for my internet access needs. Fixed our issue without having to come to house. Did not have to stop working and the best spoke with a real person and not a machine . Did not even have to hit to many buttons to get a person.
