I was having trouble with "contacts" so I called Yadtel help/support. A gentleman, Barry, called me back within seconds after I placed the call. He was great walking me through the steps needed to accomplish my goal. He was patient, kind, and helpful. I also appreciated that he spoke very clear English!
Barry helped me out immensely figuring out what happened with our internet. He was very courteous and kept an eye out on our ticket to make sure I had followed his instructions. Appreciate the help greatly!
