Sylvia E. Steele- 5/21/19 Joey, from Yadtel came out today to check the (old Dell Printer). I wasn’t able to get it to copy. Per Joey, my Dell Printer is dead)! He sugesseted that I might be able to find a Dell Printer in Wal-Mart! Joey was very nice performatiol, knew what he was doing and was to the point. I am glad he came! Made a mess down New Salem Road. Installed really tall splice cabinets in peoples yards.
Zirrus just installed fiber in Statesville off New Salem Road. They didn’t tell me they would be putting a junction box on my property, which I would have been okay with, except this splice box is like 3’ tall and looks terrible. I’ll pay extra and stick with AT&T.
I have signed up as one of the first customers in Mocksville, when the services were advertised. I have outdoor cameras and the suggested service was an outdoor booster for which I am already paying a monthly fee. It was promised to reach a signal at up to 200 ft. I have recently installed an outdoor camera at 150 ft and the signal does not reach. The technician suggested moving the booster to a different area of our home.
