Sylvia E. Steele- 5/21/19 Joey, from Yadtel came out today to check the (old Dell Printer). I wasn’t able to get it to copy. Per Joey, my Dell Printer is dead)! He sugesseted that I might be able to find a Dell Printer in Wal-Mart! Joey was very nice performatiol, knew what he was doing and was to the point. I am glad he came! He seems to be a person that knows what needs to be done! Thanks, Joey!

I have signed up as one of the first customers in Mocksville, when the services were advertised. I have outdoor cameras and the suggested service was an outdoor booster for which I am already paying a monthly fee. It was promised to reach a signal at up to 200 ft. I have recently installed an outdoor camera at 150 ft and the signal does not reach. The technician suggested moving the booster to a different area of our home. Really enjoyed Zirrus service, but not real happy with their billing. I called on October 6th letting them know I paid for October but was selling our house on October 17th. I am still getting billed for the end of October (no longer owned house) even though they admit I called and the new owners called to transfer service. I wish their billing practices were as good as their internet service.
