Michelle was professional friendly and very knowledgeable.
Mr Robert Lee came to my house after calling ahead. He had to move an extremely heavy piece of furniture to get to some of the wiring. He wa courteous and very polite and friendly. He explained everything to me, and I am already able to get exactly the programs I want to view. Mr. Lee is one employee you want to hang on to. Thank you
