Would be 5 I think we all agree that these things 1) don't last as long as they should and 2) the price is way out of line for what it is. I work for a multi-billion-dollar manufacturer and am closely tied to how we price products and what things cost to make. This tubing is priced not on what it costs to make (under $1 for 6 feet), but based on how there are are few sources for the size needed. genuine parts - felt positive about ordering Arrived 2 days earlier than estimated, so that made me very happy!I pulled up a YouTube video (I'm new to this pool stuff!) and watched a 5 min video on how to go about changing out the tubing with little headache and less trial and error.So far, so good!
Decided to get genuine Polaris part for a little more money So far works greatOnly have had it on for a couple daysWill see how long it will last
ok replacement dont last as long as I wished but they work ok
Not quite OEM but pretty good Ive had issues with some real lousy hoses over the years but these hoses are better than those. None of them still really hold up like the original ones but these do a pretty good job. Maybe will last one summer before the holes start appearing.
Great Shipped very quick. Hose blew on my Polaris pool cleaner. Easy install. No problems.
Happy Good replacement hose for the money
Works but is cheaper quality than original Polaris hose. The hose fit and functioned fine, however, expect only about 2 years' use. Then, the ridges crack and begin to leak. I replaced 5 sections initially and all have started to leak. OK for the money but not as durable as the OEM hose.
just ok if they would just last longer for what we pay for them this would be a five star
