Much better than the cheap alternative I was fed up with the discount hoses because they don't last. So, I bought OEM for 50% more and they are worth it. It is more flexible and the material is thicker. No leaks! But they are expensive, $4 to $5 per foot and probably cost $0.75 per foot to make. Pool hose has a very high markup.
Feels maybe thicker and more pliable than the Brand X hoses Willing to pay a bit more for a hose that doesn't crack open in 1-2 years of use. I'll let you know in 2 years. Note to self: Replaced second segment from wall outlet.
