Deflector Keeps getting stuck on lowest stair Got it couple days ago, Instructions in box didn’t explain how to assemble the several parts, some parts we have no idea what to do with. The biggest problem is deflector wheel always gets hung up on the lowest stair, it can’t get loose unless we physically get in pool to move it! Works great otherwise! Not sure if removing the deflector is recommended? May need to return it if problem with deflector isn’t resolved

Be patient, it’s precision equipment when using variable speed motor Was very frustrated at beginning because I needed 3 more hose pieces to reach opposite end of pool. Had issues with it surfacing the water as it climbed sidewalls of pool. It would detach at the elbow connect in skimmer after end of run schedule. Update: ALL ISSUES RESOLVED. 1) removed existing vac-mate in skimmer area 2) installed 3 extra hose pieces 3) decreased to 2000 RPM at variable speed motor. Works absolutely perfect. Satisfied and happy pool owner
