However, medium or large leaves get stuck in the vacuum vanes which have to rotate and slide through a narrow slot. I had to continually unclog it multiple times throughout the day, which defeats the convenience of an automatic pool cleaner. We ended up returning this pool cleaner and bought a more expensive poolvergnuegen instead.

However, he recommended purchasing the warranty because he said the life of the hoses is about a year and that they are expensive to replace. If my professional pool guy is using the same model, then I am confident that I made a good buy!
