4.0 out of 5 stars It appears this item is well built and easy moving parts I like the item overall. However, we have not been able to make it work properly. We don't know if the suction is not great enough or the pump motor powerful enough. Be sure to check these before purchasing this item. The hose is not long enough and we need to purchase 2 more lengths. Others who have owned this item seem pleased with its performance overall.

Every time it goes up the wall, my dog runs outside to play with him. lol It does a great job. my previous cleaners for years and years have been the navigator pro. Sadly, they made a change in the Navigator pro that just made them. We are down and crap out quicker. This one stepped in for a little less and does a lot more. I highly recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fine if this is the budget For my ingrains I used this for a couple years before switching to the Dolphin that gets dropped in. I’d do the Dolphin everyday over this bc it’s no work/effort, but this is better than the alternatives, and I was pleased until I had the auto vac.
