3.0 out of 5 stars Gets stuck on steps! The media could not be loaded. It cleans well but once or twice a day I have to physical push it away from the steps. Very frustrating as this is what made me switch cleaners to begin with. Better than the barracuda cleaner as that one was constantly stuck. Not sure what I’m gonna do. Might return it.

Be sure to read the instructions, take an inventory of all loose parts, examine the connections carefully, etc. and you should have no problems putting it together and adjusting the suction. This little tread-powered machine is so cool that the wife named it "Sherman" after the WWII tank. 5.0 out of 5 stars Great pool vacuum Excellent pool vacuum, works very well and cleans the pool floor very good, the hose doesn't get tangled like my old one. I highly recommend it. Otherwise I received poor customer service by seller backyard pool supplies.
5.0 out of 5 stars So far I am impressed Purchased the MX6 and replacement scrubber turbines. Received it today, set the timing and turned it loose in my 20' round above ground pool. Other than a few wheelies (adjusted hose float) this thing is great. Climbs walls, scrubs waterline cleans well and doesn't get stuck around my stairs. Much better than the $600 robotic cleaner I returned. Time will tell about the durability of the cleaner and hoses but as of now this thing is perfect for my pool.
