The zodiac MX8 elite is great. We replaced the Mx 6 with the MX8 elite because it’s wider and doesn’t get stuck turning on top of the drain. It also has the silicone brushes that help clean the surface as well.
I've never owned a pool, in my life. This mx8 elite, vacs the entire pool bottom, the walls, and sometimes I catch. It on the stairs. DO NOT HESITATE TO PUT ONE OF THESE IN UR POOL!

Our Zodiac MX8 work way better than our previous Hayward Pool Vac. The rubber tracks provide great traction on the bottom of the pool and along the walls. I also like the cross directional pattern, it’s able to quickly clean the pool in an efficient manner.

I have had various suction pool vacs over the 30 years I have had my pool. By far, this is one of the best (Zodiac MX8 Elite) I have ever had. I would recommend this cleaner to anyone looking to either buy first time or a replacement.

Great product
So far so good, been using it for a month now once a week, 18x36 in-ground pool, cleans entire pool nicely in about 4-5 hours.
Love it!! Worked great from first day! Hope it last a long time!

The MX8 Elite cleaner has been great so far. It goes up and down the pool, including walls, with ease. Sometimes it gets stuck trying to go up the steps. Perhaps a way of moving it away after being stuck at same place for a few minutes would help. Other than that it has been great.
