So far the unit is working very well. The only issue I'm having is the length of time it's taking to receive my $100 rebate. Seriously, it should be a quick and simple rebate system. A week at most, it's been 8 weeks and I'm still waiting.

Superb cleaner, performs great. Doesn't seem to get hung up against my Baja shelve and handles all the curb in our pool. The cyclonic leaf catcher makes cleanup a breeze. Pool care just got allot easier and more convenient!

Pretty easy to use. Jams easily with small stuff that falls into the pool. Works well when everything is clear. I would buy it again.

Here's a suggestion that may help with that issue: remove the yellow debris inlet to widen the port on the bottom of the cleaner. This will allow larger debris to pass through. We hope this helps!
