I purchased the Zodiac at a pool supply store in my neighborhood. It is comparable in price to other pool cleaners. After the initial setup, it cleaned the whole pool from top to bottom, all along the sides, even the steps. It works much better than the last unit I had. It makes my pool maintenance much easier.
