We are brand new pool owners. I did a lot of research and I actually chose another brand that was almost trip the price of the MX8elite. But my coworker kept telling me save you money I promise it’s the best and you’ll thank me later. He was right! It is the best. Pool stays beautiful vacuumed. I'm replacing a Great White Kreepy Krawly with the MX8 Elite and there's no comparison of the movement and coverage with the suction cleaner it is a far superior unit compared to the Kreepy Krawler, very satisfied!

I couldn't get the MX8 to consistently maintain suction. Adjusting the flow regulator setting did not help. I removed the regulator and connected the house directly to the suction. It's been smooth sailing since then. I had some heavy debris that had accumulated over the winter. It's all gone and the water is completely clear now. I won't have to worry about dust and leaves settling on the pool floor anymore. It climbs the walls to the surface with no problems. It's a very good product.
