Excellent with fine particles This pool cleaner does exactly what it says it will do. We have an old pool. We are in the process of replacing some of the concrete deck. In the process large amounts of mud got into the pool. This product did a great job of getting all the mud and broken pieces of concrete out of the pool. Highly recommend!
The best vacumm It's definitely the best of the best, buy it, you won't regret it. Before this one, I bought the Explorer E30 and it was horrible, so I returned it, and I'm absolutely loving this one.
Amazing customer service!!!! I’ve had my unit for about three years. It’s been flawless.! I recently had an issue from the time I sent it off to the factory till the time I got it back was five days! Constant communication and proactive information! Even though it was out of warranty, they fixed it for me at no charge, and the whole process was smooth! Yeah, you may save a little money, buying an offbrand, but quality product and the amazing customer service are worth the money!!! thank you!

Would Not Run After 2 Seasons There is a design flaw in the cable itself in that it corrodes where the pins make connection to the unit cable (housing). The cable cost 169.00 and luckily I watched some YouTube reviews and repair tips so my repair was short and sweet. Added more vasoline to the orings and housing and the dolphin ran like a top.
Best customer service I have seen! Great pool cleaner with great customer service. When my Nautilus CC stopped working after two years of daily use, I called them and they asked me to ship it back to them for a free overhaul. They replaced the entire cable, which by itself cost more than the return shipping via ground. They completely rebuilt the unit with new cable and all of the treads and rollers new. Buyer Beware - the cable is not 60ft any more Although I had the previous robot for less than 3 1/2 years, I decided to go for the same model again as a one-for-one replacement because I thought it would be an easy setup.
