Great team and really nice units We moved into Zoso last summer and have really appreciated how attentive and responsive the leasing team has been. The unit is spacious and very comfortable. Definitely a good experience.

Great complex right outside the city! Living at Zoso Flats has been an amazing experience! I’ve lived here for almost a year, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The building is clean, quiet, and in a prime location. As someone without a car, I love how close it is to the metro! Great place to call home Ten years now living at Zoso and still loving it. Clarendon is a fantastic neighborhood with great shopping, great restaurants, and a Metro Station to get you into DC in a matter of minutes. Zoso Flats are extremely well constructed and maintained apartment homes that are quiet, cozy yet large, with a fantastic staff always happy to provide whatever the residents need. Apartment living doesn’t get any better.

A lovely and enjoyable place to live Zoso flats is an urban gem, that’s perfectly situated within the eclectic, Clarendon neighborhood. The building is constructed of beautiful brick, with spacious, loft style units. The exposed concrete panels and beams provides additional lovely touches throughout the living space. Best place to live in Arlington Absolutely love living here! Staff are so helpful and always highly responsive to our requests. The apartment is spacious, modern, and well-maintained.
