Best place to live in Arlington Absolutely love living here! Staff are so helpful and always highly responsive to our requests. The apartment is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. I never hear noise from other apartments. The layout is perfect for a comfortable lifestyle. It’s quiet, pet-friendly, and has a great community feel. Highly recommend!

we love it here! My partner and I have lived here for almost a year, and we have no intention of leaving. Clarendon might just be the perfect place to live (and the commute into the city is generally seamless), the building is clean and has every amenity you could want, and our apartment is spacious for a good rate. We've gotten immediate assistance when it's been needed. The residents are friendly and kind, and Stephen and the rest of the leasing office rock. Couldn't recommend Zoso enough.

Impressive Staff About a month ago my husband and I were touring apartments in Arlington. We came across Zoso Flats and wanted to see what the availability and the cost was. We talked to a gentleman named David who was in the management office and who greeted us very warmly. He answered all of our questions and gave us a grand tour of the property. Recent renter The apartment itself is big and good finishes. The community itself is non existent with not great amenities, small gym and no front desk person. Basically anyone can walk in and there was incidents in past where cops had to be called because someone wandered in.

The apartment unit... (Verified Renter) The apartment unit itself is great, but the apartment community and amenities are lacking. The gym is quite small and is uncomfortable when there is more than 1 person using it. The lack of a front desk staff/concierge is also disappointing. This should be considered when setting rent prices, as this is a reason many people like apartment living.
The building is... (Verified Renter) The building is very unique and in a great location. There is very frequently maintenance going on & the fire alarm goes off *all the time.* These mishaps are frequent, but minor.
I recommended Zoso... (Verified Renter) I recommended Zoso and my apartment to my replacement however the rent was increased that much that it was out of her price range.
