Very responsive with contact and follow up. Ding was ugly and in a odd area on my wheel well. Though not completely gone, the tech did the best he could. 90% improvement so I'm happy with the work.

I was amazed how easy it was working with Dent-Doc to have the dent repaired on my Highlander. The repair was done in my garage which was a great convenience to me. The service rep called me before my appointment time to confirm he will arrive on time. I had a three crease from a door impact. He took 15 minutes to do the repair and I have to say you would never find the dent. Great job Dent-Doc.
