Technician was very nice and collaborated on his arrival time. He came to house after hours and took his time. The dent work I had fixed was under a new car warranty purchased at time of sale but would use this company again for my other cars.
Getting the appointment was a little challenging but once we did the technician was great. He was very prompt and professional. His work was clean and he did a great job.
From my first contact with Dent Dot they worked with me until they found out whom I needed to contact to get my claim process... I would change the contact with the dealership as they were a waste to get the claim started
