Four of us had dinner last night to celebrate a birthday. We all ordered different dishes and shared. Everyone thought it was exceptional! The Birthday Boy ordered the Tomahawk Steak 32oz! Treat yourself to this exceptional steak at least once! It was cooked perfectly.
Appreciated the lower volume level even within a casino so we could have a conversation with friends without straining to hear one another. We were immediately greeted at the table by the wait staff, and our server was new and clearly well trained. She was friendly, attentive, and watched cues on conversation lulls and needs at the table. The food was fantastic, and we let the chef know -- wonderful guy! Everything felt well managed during my time here. The environment was comfortable, and the staff interacted in a friendly but professional way. The service was steady and predictable.
I've already written a review for this. I don't know why this keeps popping up. Service was average. Food was fairly good except for the crab on top of my scallops was lukewarm at best. Would definitely return ambience was as you would expect.
Excellent food outstanding service. Thank you Victoria and Deborah !!! R Susan and Rick USMC veterans

My Wife and I Just enjoyed an incredible dinner at 1609 at the Rose Casino. After 20 years in the Resturant industry, Angelica was one of the best bartenders we have ever had the pleasure of serving us. Cant wait to come back!
Angelica...what can I say?! You made our experience at 1609 Steakhouse unforgettable. From the moment we came in to get a cocktail before dinner to the moment we sat back down in your section to have a beautiful dinner. Thank you so much for the wonderful conversation and your beautiful face. See you in December for "OUR" birthdays
