Pacific Coast helped my grandma out there in Salinas recover from a knee surgery she had and they were awesome to her. She came home talking all about how nice they were and how well cared for she was. Would highly recommend.

Being at this facility was a very positive experience. The staff was so compassionate and caring. I'm not going to say names because it literally is EVERYONE! They were also very respectful, I'm transgendered and they totally created a safe place for me and i so appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone. One thing that stood out to me was the kindness everyone extended not only to me but all the other patients. The PT Therapists taught me alot of great techniques that i can use at home. I plan on... read more

Most amazing care ever!! Upon my wife's arrival from hospital, we were greeted by able staff and her Physical Therapist, who were already briefed on her case. RN and staff were present to answer questions and to inquire about my wife's needs. Facility is bright, plenty of staff, and shout out to Brayan in admissions, who took me on a tour, prior to choosing this great place. I had just visited another facility that was dark, dank and depressing; Pacific Coast Post Acute was an amazing breath of fresh air, both figurati... read more

Client-care and service is excellent. The staff (nurses and CNAs) are highly efficient. Station 1 is remarkable. Recommended!

Staff is friendly, helpful and with positive attitude. I appreciate them. The place is clean and has a big apiary. There's a schedule of activities, very few, but I saw no evidence of any. The food is terrible. It's let sit in insulated dishes for so long the broccoli turns olive green. They serve mystery meats that look like white Spam, mostly inedible. Breakfasts were OK. I brought my husband food. My husband went there in Sept. 2022 after 3 days at Memorial Hospital. I had brought him to the emergency dept. beca... read more

Current employee review: This is my second year working at Pacific Coast Post Acute as a CNA. I've worked in many Healthcare settings and nursing homes. I can honestly say that Pacific coast is the best ran facility I've worked at. From administrative to nursing to and all departments. Many of our employees have been here for 15+ years. All the way up to 30 yrs. That alone tells you we are happy campers here. Our patients are treated with respect and dignity. And are lovingly cared for. Safety is always first. I see myself w... read more

My brother stayed here for four weeks after a monthlong hospitalization. The administrative staff and nurses were very patient and work hard to make the people comfortable and well cared for. When people arrive here, it's the first step to rehabilitate and transition back to a normal life after challenging health problems. The PT staff, charge nurses and social workers do a great job in accommodating the needs of the individual.

I just spent 6 weeks at Pacific Coast Post Acute. At one point, at midnight, I had 4 nurses attending me. I do not know of any other Rehab Center or Nursing home that has so many nurses on duty. On my first day, one of the resident physicians introduced himself. CNAs took my blood pressure & temperature each shift. LVNs and nurses attended me each day. My mom had been at this location when the facility was owned by a different company, so I was most pleasantly surprised at the improvements with the current management and cur... read more
