Disgusting substandard food. Filthy & partially under construction premises. Incompetent, uncaring staff particularly the highly dangerous Dr. Ravin Sharma. I was here 23 hours without receiving ANY Doctors Care, the physical therapy that I came here for, or any edible food whatsoever. I have just had surgery on a shattered ankle and I had to beg for a single Norco for 2.5 hours. MY mom is bedridden and was sent to this facility. After a few weeks, It just gets worse. Takes an average of 15-25 minutes to get an attendant after pushing the button, about 60% of these employees seem very annoyed and with attitude. It seems they over look these patients are their customers, without them they would have a facility to provide income, the most crucial thing is these patients are of need of care, a smile, and genuine attention. I would not recommend this nursing care facility to anyone. We thought that we had made a decision regarding my father's mid-term care - he has Alzheimer's and this is one of the few facilities in the area that has, purportedly, the most comprehensive care. We did not stay long enough to find out. My father was transferred from Memorial Hospital to the facility a few blocks away.
