The kitchen manager Bimb is very accommodating! Also, the nurses Lean, Marie, Lhei, Kyle and DON, Abby and their cnas are very commendable, Cc, Linda , Hyde front desk and the entire Therapy team. Although, there is one incident that I'm still waiting for an investigation on regarding this particular nurse who committed a very grave mistake. Will update if I am satisfied with their response.

I was just at this facility, "Napa rehabilitation acute care" on 7/9/25 and I felt such a warm and comfortable feeling just walking walking through the Court yard to the front doors. Once inside it just got better and better. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and they were all upbeat and smiles of everyone's face! Navigating care for a loved one from out of state is incredibly difficult, and when my father's health started declining rapidly, I felt completely overwhelmed. Our entire family is spread out between Washington and Nevada, and we were trying to move him out of his area to get him the support he needed--but we didn't know where to start. I recently toured Napa Post Acute & was very impressed. The facility felt clean, bright, & had a welcoming atmosphere as far as I was concerned. There were lots of windows & natural light; the plants added a warm, homey touch. My mother & I both love plants! The staff was friendly & professional - especially the admissions team, who were incredibly knowledgeable & made the process feel less overwhelming. Thank you to the staff for helping care for me during my stay. I appreciate the therapy team for going above and beyond to help me during my healing process, my cna's for caring for me as well as my nurses. Everyone was kind and helpful during my stay.

Great staff & PT dept. I needed ice for dual knee surgery. Broken ice machine!! NO ICE, I had to have my daughter buy it for me for recovery!! New machine, not installed. Using facility down street. Hit & miss, when I can have ice for recovery.

Facility was always clean when I came to visit. We were promised rigorous physical therapy and got the exact opposite. Little to no physical therapy. Always seemed like they were short staffed and didnt attend to the patient, unless asked to do so Hate to say it, but other than the Meadowa, this is the only decent game in town

Great overall experience. Staff was great and attentive and always felt better after my visit. Very laid back environment and the Doc was always interested in your need. Definitely recommend.

The staff appears hard working and well trained. However, after several trips as a visitor to one of the patients, I believe the facility is understaffed. On several occasions it was difficult to find a nurse when the patient or her roommate were having issues such as vomiting or in need of help to transfer. In the patient bathroom the toilet did not flush and the soap dispenser did not work. Again, I think this would be a result of understaffing.
