I was there for 9 months. I'm going to tell it straight. As a whole, they are good people who actually care. But they tend to over work their best. One of my biggest complaints was all the damn students. It's supposed to be a skilled nursing not training. That when and the online day workers. I literally had a guy play with me about my perscibed pain meds. When I asked him his name to write a grievance he said I don't care I don't work here. My mother recently stayed at this facility for 6 months, and while the building itself is older and could certainly benefit from some renovations and updating, what truly makes this place special is its staff. From the CNAs and physical therapy team to the social worker, admissions, maintenance and other departments, there are people here who genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to make a difference. Country Hills is such a great place. My grandmother was there after a broken hip and the staff took such good care of her. My grandma has dementia and can sometimes act out but they were able to care for her when family couldn't. Nursing staff was very commutative with my aunt and mother about her care. Had my loved one stay at Country Hills for a couple of weeks, after having a stroke. The care provide by the nursing staff, and rehabs team was amazing. They were attentive, and really made sure to work with my aunt to get her where she needed to be to get back home safely. Thank you to the team. We appreciate all you did for her.

My dad got traumatic brain injury 24 years ago when he was 50 years old. After 24 years of dealing with trauma units, residential care, Physical Therapy facilities, post acute facilities. Our experience with Country Hills has been great. The staff is incredibly kind and treats each resident with patience and respect. I would like to also mention that the physical therapists and their assistants are outstanding. They take time to understand each patients needs and provide care. It's my first time here and the facility is nice and clean, the people here are super friendly the gym is huge, it plays really good music and always smells good.,.. I've been having an issue with the call light & getting medication, but overall I enjoy being here.

I was once again a patient at Country hills and received great care. While I was there this time I discovered that they not only have a Hairdresser, they also have a Podiatrist and a Dentist that come in once a month, the hairdresser is there three days per week. You can get a haircut, shampoo and blow dry once a month for free. Theses are some of the niceties. The nursing staff is great they will answer any and all questions about your care.
