Country Hills is such a great place. My grandmother was there after a broken hip and the staff took such good care of her. My grandma has dementia and can sometimes act out but they were able to care for her when family couldn't. Nursing staff was very commutative with my aunt and mother about her care. The staff is dedicated, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond for the residents. The management fosters a positive environment and encourages teamwork. It's fulfilling to be part of a place where we can make a real difference in the lives of our seniors. The focus on resident care and community feels like family. Highly recommend this workplace for anyone passionate about making an impact!

Had my loved one stay at Country Hills for a couple of weeks, after having a stroke. The care provide by the nursing staff, and rehabs team was amazing. They were attentive, and really made sure to work with my aunt to get her where she needed to be to get back home safely. Thank you to the team. We appreciate all you did for her.

My dad got traumatic brain injury 24 years ago when he was 50 years old. After 24 years of dealing with trauma units, residential care, Physical Therapy facilities, post acute facilities. Country Hills Postacute is ran like a well oiled machine. It is literally a city within a city. Every single resident is treated with and kindness, and love. Our experience with Country Hills has been great. The staff is incredibly kind and treats each resident with patience and respect. I would like to also mention that the physical therapists and their assistants are outstanding. They take time to understand each patients needs and provide care. I would send my loved ones here again

It's my first time here and the facility is nice and clean, the people here are super friendly the gym is huge, it plays really good music and always smells good.,.. I've been having an issue with the call light & getting medication, but overall I enjoy being here.

I was once again a patient at Country hills and received great care. While I was there this time I discovered that they not only have a Hairdresser, they also have a Podiatrist and a Dentist that come in once a month, the hairdresser is there three days per week. You can get a haircut, shampoo and blow dry once a month for free. Theses are some of the niceties. The nursing staff is great they will answer any and all questions about your care. I can not thank you enough from the administration in this facility. Not only they take care of their employees and also one of the best nursing home in San Diego. Administrator and Director of nurse are really in front line. Also they really show care for the residents here. Administrator is awesome, caring and you can approach him for any concern and very smart man. Thank You Spencer.
