f I could put 0 for stars I would. If you love your family member DO NOT bring them!!! My loved one died in 2 months time. Mind you they went in to rehabilitate from a simple surgery. Lost 50 pounds and when questioned about care couldn't answer. Please don't use this them!

If this place has availability and you're looking at yelp to see what's up; here is the lowdown. Don't send your loved one here. There is no such thing as quiet hours. At 12:05 AM my patient was forced to tell other patients in the hall to keep their voice down. He was then woken up at all hours of the night by the staff when he should have been sleeping. Do NOT send your loved ones here if you value their health and well-being. The images on their Google profile are blatantly misleading and do not reflect the facility's actual condition, which is shockingly filthy, neglected, and run-down. I can't imagine where they got those pictures, as the reality is truly appalling. The entire place reeks of urine and waste, the rooms are dirty, and staff routinely ignore residents' pleas to contact family members.
