They take forever to respond when something breaks and their rates are very unreasonable.
Address 331 James Ave (DONT RENT!!!!)…I lived there two years never late on rent, just a great tenant. Well the foundation on the house is off, water comes in the basement and they never help with my furniture for water damage! Also a tree fall on the house and I had to move…THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK and I clean that raggedy house to the best of my ability with a hole still in the roof!

Renters Beware: Less than 2 months in my rental & I've had more than a few issues. One that had to be address 3x because they "patched" it, rather than just legitimately fixed it. The biggest issue came with me reporting my power bill spiking, they came and refilled my air conditioner with freon but didn't check anything else. We pay $915 a month... this happened a month after moving in. We’ve had plumbing problems. Constant problems with our heating and air. Two weeks and they had to dig our yard up because of the septic tank. Even got mailed an accidental evection letter from their office due to their error!
