We pay $915 a month... this happened a month after moving in. We’ve had plumbing problems. Constant problems with our heating and air. Two weeks and they had to dig our yard up because of the septic tank. Even got mailed an accidental evection letter from their office due to their error!

It’s not just one property. We’ve lived in one of their properties since April 30th and they have refused to do anything!! House was infested with roaches when we moved in. Dead trees and logs all over, almost got hit by an extremely heavy one that fell off yesterday. Still has trash, left over furniture and debris from last tenants.
