Good location. Ok Managment. Decent Buildinh The apartments are very nice and in a good location. There is a good mix of young singles and growing families in the complex. Our area in particular is very quiet except for the neighbors up stairs. The floors are a little thin just as in every community out there. Thin Walls The walls are too thin in my apartment, I can hear my neighbors foot step and if they play loud music, the noise travels very easily to our apartment.

I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living at this property but the lack of any response or follow up was disconcerting, especially since it related to brown water leaking into our home on a day when that issue was supposed to be fixed.
Cannot strongly recommend,... (Verified Renter) Cannot strongly recommend, elevators broken frequently, neighbors are noisier than 2 years ago, lots of stomping and thin walls, next door neighbors come home at 9:30pm and are loud the rest of the evening
once upon a time To a single mom it seemed but a dream..then dream was killed by the neighbors drama. The bright side I can walk my son to school the bad is having to walk him home. Rent free sounds like another dream as long as it was in a different complex.
