We love living here! We have lived here for almost 2 years and absolutely love it. I can't say enough positive things about management (Kathie and Cierra) - they are so approachable, helpful, and friendly. Our apartment is incredibly spacious, up-to-date, and comfortable. Maintenance is very responsive, and we've had only minor problems that have been resolved quickly. We love the equipment and machines in the gym, and the pool is well-maintained, clean, and relaxing. Property Manager and... (Verified Renter) Property Manager and Maintenance Manger are great to work with, and very prompt with information and up keep of the property. I would suggest a newer building to family or friends only because of the security issues and care of 21st street side of the property.
