Called had to do a lot of back and forth with customer service but in the end it all got replaced and were back in business.

Product is working expected. However my builder gave me the Jandy 800 number and I called with a question a few weeks ago. I heard a recording in the middle of a business day telling me that Jandy was too busy and to call back some other time. Seriously? What a huge turn off. Made me question selecting Jandy.
