I'm so happy with them I almost cried! My cat has been struggling for a year with health issues and after not getting answers from our old vet I decided to try somewhere new, wish I had done it sooner. The team is so knowledgeable and helpful, they really took the time to talk through options with me and not just stick me with a bill and rush me out the door. Know that your fur babies will be in great hands with this team!

Great practice with a pristine facility and helpful staff. A friend referred me to Dr. Bert and 4 Paws. My initial impression on first seeing the provider and the staff was a bit cool, but after a follow-up call and a review of everything with Dr. Bert, I feel that I am in good hands and my pets will be treated with care and compassion. A racoon attack on our cat was inadequately handled by the emergency vet clinic. Thank goodness for 4 Paws! Literally a life saver! We feel so fortunate to have found them. They were able to get us in quickly to properly assess and address the injuries. A specialist was consulted. Everything was thoroughly explained. I was very impressed with 4 paws and am thrilled to have finally found a great vet for our dog. Just walking in the front door was a breath of fresh air, our dog usually hates vet offices but with this place he was significantly more at ease (it was a night and day difference). The place is well kept and very clean but without the cold, sterile feeling of most vet offices; it's very warm and the staff is welcoming. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the experience. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and came to greet my dog. The vet technician Jennifer was so kind. Our vet was amazing, I had a little wait but it was worth it. She got us in and out, was great with my dog.

I happened to come across this vet, after bad experiences from another vet closeby and I'm so happy I did. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Booking the appointment was easy and I got text and email confirmations for the appointment. The office is very clean. The vet tech Keylis was very professional and help relay all my questions to the vet, and updated me if there was a small wait. This vet is fantastic. I live in Avalon Park and I don't mind this drive. Clean. Thorough. Everything explained. Records very well presented and nearly immediate. I will be coming here for quite some time.

I'm so glad I've found this clinic after moving to the area. They are very attentive and take great care of my senior dog, as well as good follow up after appointments and keeping me well informed about the care my pet needs.
