Great experience dealing with Jordan was great very professional and worked with me to get my carpet down to my budget. All around good experience from start to finish.

We are very pleased with our bedroom carpet and the installer was excellent and they cleaned up afterwards. We are looking forward to getting our hallway carpet done soon too and out computer room next year too.

Three rooms of carpet Two bathrooms of Floor Lament One long hallway Two of the rooms of carpet have a trip hazard going from new carpet to wood floor. Jennifer Munzi is working on getting this corrected. Overall I am very pleased with flooring and workman ship

This company is a scam. We signed up and decided to go with another company. They had charged a deposit of 5k to our card, when we tried to cancel within the 3 days, we were told a ticket went in. I have been calling, emailing, and on chat with them trying to escalate the cancellation, I have been hung up on, told that I can't speak to a supervisor and there was nothing else they could do and the person wouldn't give her name and was hung up on by another person, strongly recommend against even talking to this company.
