This company is joke, they took cash money from me for a deposit, when I cancelled the contract 3 hours later they gave me a complete run around about getting my cash back. They claimed it would have to be returned in check form and that I could NOT pick up my money from the office. I was then told my check would not be mailed out for another 4 days. Here I am 8 days later still waiting on my money! They also quoted me 2000.00 for a 12x 12 room! Insaine!!

Flooring is beautiful. Installation was fine. However, it was not easy to communicate with the installers. They did not speak English. We were also told they could install a new toilet, but never that it would not be plumped. We found that out when the job was completed! Thankfully a gentleman came over for the company and installed the plumbing, otherwise we would have the cost of a plumber. The installers also took a used toilet and set it in our back yard!!
