We had a great experience with 50 Floor representatives. Lee Flint was very knowledgeable & clear with his presentation about the product choices, the price & delivery schedule. Carlos & Juan arrived on time & were experts in communication, installation & cleanup. They were efficient & quickly installed two rooms of beautiful wood. They had to remove carpets & work with a difficult sliding slatted patio door. We thought it might take two days but it was completed in one day 8:30 - 3:30! Great sales help, knowledgeable and patient, very personable! Communication was ok-good on product delivery. Installers were great, worked fast, did a really good job, and were respectful of our home! All around great experience. GM was patient with my delay in payment, after job was finished earlier than expected.
