Really enjoyed our experience with 50floor and would recommend to anyone. Sales process: Joe C. Was knowledgeable and let us take our time in making a decision while there to support us. He made sure we got what’s best for us! Stock: the options for floors were stylish and high quality. We went with the highest trim scratch-proof LVP and we love it. Installation: the installation team worked hard over three days to rip out terrible engineered hardwood, re level the floor in multiple spots, install, and clean up.
Horrible customer service experience. Overpriced in retrospect. Installation and focus to detail was zero to none. Not too sure the product was even what I chose. Although I feel the Installation and product were not what I was expecting, or am I completely satisfied, ironically, the installers, were this company's saving grace. 50 floor came and installed new floors in my house in 2020. Less than a year later my floors were falling apart, the came out inspected the floors and said that it was a manufacturing defect in the flooring so they replaced the floors. Again less than a year later my floors started falling apart again and I have been trying to get them to do something about it for about 2.5 years now. My wife and I worked with Lee Flint who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We were pressed for time and knew what we wanted and Lee didn't waste our time and gave us a great price on our new carpet. We had a tight window for install which he called and double checked with us to make sure the install would take place as scheduled. The new carpet is in and we couldn't be happier!
