My salesman, Allen G. from the Tampa, Fl office was dishonest with me regarding when payment is due. Since I was adamant about not paying for the job in full prior to work being completed, I was told I could be invoiced. I signed the contract as a result. When the workers arrived, they demanded payment in full and apparently had repeated problems sending me an invoice. I advised them to call the office; however, they refused. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! My disabled parents hired this company to install flooring in Florida. 5 adults were in the room when The salesman said no glue would be used and it was moisture proof. The floor started peeling up and has glue coming through the seams almost immediately. We have been trying for 9 months to get them to help. All they do is fail to do what they say, string you along until the warranty is up and ignore all attempts to resolve.
