Margaret the installer mgr is wonderful and so is the installer Samuel. He did an awesomely job installing LVP !! He is very careful with moving furniture as well. We are very pleased with everything and recommend 50Floor to our family neighbors and friends.
Richie did a great job going through what we want and explained throughly without any pressure. We had issues with the appointment and he took care of it asap.
Gorgeous flooring, sure do wish it was finished. Its been almost a week and we have been told someone was coming out to finish up over and over, or someone would call us about it. Took the money to pay for it quick enough, but, no customer service. We have called, and called and called. So far we have received one text saying they would call us, but nothing. I am really disappointed. I wanted the floor done for the holidays, but, I guess that was too much to ask. Don't pay them before everything is done.
HIRED 50 FLOOR TO REINSTALL FLOOR INSTALLED BY UNLICENSED HANDYMAN IN SAINT AUGUSTINE. UNFORTUNATELY FOUND OUR TOO LATE. HOWEVER. 50 FLOORS DID COME IN AND REDO AT A FAIR PRICE. EXCEPT, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. CREW THAT CAME IN, APPEARED TP KNOW HOW TO INSTALL FLOORING, HOWEVER UPON LEAVING, FOUND FLOORING NOT COMPLETED AS AGREED, AN ALSO COMING UP IN KITCHEN, NOT PUT DOWN PROPERLY. AND NOT UNDER FRIDGE AND STOVE AS ORIGINALLY AGREED. Did get them to come out once to fix and reglue kitchen floor. just to have s... read more
Absolutely the worst experience with a business I’ve ever had. It took three days to do an 1100 square foot house while cutting the bottom of your front door to short also braking the Flange on our toilet which just cost me an additional $375 to fix. Still waiting on the door to be fixed. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy
