Couldn’t have met a better salesman then Walter himself! This man got some knowledge, I'll tell you that. He knows what he's doing and he's real friendly. It felt as if he knew what I was wanting before he even showed. To say the least, I’m pleased with his advice on choice of flooring and can’t wait for the new look.

RICHIE RAMOS did a fantastic job of explaining the flooring process and helping us with making a decision. We chose the laminate flooring for our living room and are getting away from carpeting. (3 dogs). The process was extremely easy and we enjoyed working with Richie Ramos very much.

The encourage was a great one especially when the technician made an off the cuff comment (the current decor - re: what I have looks far better than anything that’s already here) then he quickly realizes that he needed to correct his negative statement, which he did immediately. . I was glad that he did because with in a moment of his statement, I decided “not to do business with him (Jeff) regardless of the product.. The products looks great as well that in itself helped me to decide

My son called Jeff regarding my flooring situation. He came RIGHT AWAY and talked shop with my son. Clearly he was the guy for the job! I love y’all’s high tech measuring tools, it makes the work easier. Good with correspondence and he can draw a damn good diagram. I expect the upcoming job will be fine.

The workmen that showed up were polite& efficient, they removed a heavy piece of furniture that I could not move as well as a few smaller pieces. They removed the carpeting & padding, which was a unpleasant job since the former owners had not house broken their two large dogs. They installed the new padding and carpeting. It's beautiful. I'm glad that I choose an American carpet manufacturer as well. Job well done guys & thank you🤗🥰
