The food was great. Drinks and service were horrible. I had Raymond as a service at the bar. I waited 15 to 20 minutes for him to take my order, and then I waited another 15-20 minutes for another bartender (Chris, who was totally professional) to close the tab. we got bad service. Had to ask for refills a lot on our drinks had to ask butter four times put on my back potato had to ask three other servers to bring me the ball
I did recommend until they took the one thing I order off the menu! I mean really, like you don’t carry all ingredients for a steak and cheese to make other items on the menu… was it that your cooks couldn’t make them the same or what?? I mean it was good but always made differently… very disappointing that it’s no longer on the menu either way… also, having to call twice and hit 3 different options to get a person on the phone is a little annoying… any time I had a pickup there were always 3-6 employees standing at the door... read more
