I will never go back to this place thats located off of Brooks. Server was rude and in bad mood. Waitress at bar shouted to another girl( of course they were joking around) the F___ word. Other people heard it and turned around to see. I usually go to the 54th street bar /grill by the airport. Never again to this one. The people at the door that seat you were also rude. I don't recommend this place.
Ok so I went to your restaurant today to celebrate my sons graduation everything was good great service good food ...my son ordered the chicken fried chicken and freaking looked amazing the chicken fried chicken was big and it looked delicious so I ordered one for myself to go ..I got home and open my plate I saw the chicken fried chicken portion was not even half the size on my sons plate ...really sucks u guys do this because it’s not right... u should give same portions when u dine in and when u dine out because we are... read more

Waited and waited and waited like for minutes. Saw other being sat around us. Few minutes later they came and took their order. Waiters just looked looked at us. Just awful Never is like this. After 20 mins of no Just got and left

my daughter brought me dinner. steak and grilled shrimp . The shrimp on a stick was CHARCOAL! yuk

Hair in food, charged twice
Bad service and the food wasn’t up to snuff.
I'm very disappointed my steak was not cooked all the way like I asked so im still hungry they took long to tell us they were out of fried pickles they replaced it with cold cheese and chips smh I had not been out in so long and just to get disappointed

first experience and the worst we checked in at 2:15 got our drinks at 2:35 ordered food appetizers and food we had a waitress who had an attitude it was a face for getting re fills never complained before but had to tell manager we were surprised at how packed it is with the bad customer service it had our food was served at 3:30 and got our silverware 10 minutes later when our food was cold never going back again.
We ate here 2 years ago and loved it. We are in the area again and decided to try it again. We got the 2 for 30 meal. its not 2 for 30. I got the 8 oz sirloin and it was way undercooked. They took it back and then it was overcooked. I was charged extra for the baked potato and it was cold by the time I got my overcooked steak. The menu doesn't state anything about any upcharges, especially when the menu says the steak comes with a potato.
